Kurashiki Honmachi Street is nestled in quaint traditional townhouses and merchant houses from the Edo period to the Taisho period in the Kurashiki Bikan Historical District. (Preservation Districts for Groups of Important Historic Buildings)

We revived two quietly snuggled townhouses that are over 100 years old into lodgings that exclusively accommodate one group per day.

Our new Residences are modernized lodgings with freshness and comfort that luxuriously employ traditional Japanese materials like wood and washi paper, and the Residences are to be passed on from one group of guests to another. Enjoy our newly added oasis of elegant calm in this beautiful, timeless historical district.

This room is a renovated townhouse that is over 100 years old. From the Japanese-style room on the first floor and the bedroom on the second floor, you can see Kurashiki Honmachi Street, which retains the atmosphere of the Edo period, and from the wooden floor on the first floor, you can see the beautifully landscaped courtyard.
